To maintain this momentum, owner Treavor Kharan needs to offload time-intensive tasks and scale the brand, bringing a partnership with LVWHT into focus. Currently, excessive time is spent on manual pitch deck design, website and social management, and other administrative tasks that take away from cornerstone business operations. LVWHT directly addresses these bottlenecks while improving brand consistency and resolving creator pushback regarding the agency's credibility and market presence.

Positioning and Goals

The strategy positions Branded Independent as the definitive one-stop shop for creator brand building. By focusing on personal brand evolution alongside standard deals, creators feel genuinely backed by a dedicated team. Similar to how Night invests in creator businesses, Branded Independent will bring a high-touch narrative to the creator economy. Establishing LVWHT Studio as the exclusive creative partner creates a productized system that delivers high-end results. Together, we serve as a force multiplier that increases creator trust and allows for the cross-pollination of creator brands and businesses while Branded Independent maintains a valuable equity stake in each venture.

Since Branded Independent is growing faster than expected, it is wise to secure a partner who can immediately offload time-intensive tasks from your plate. This strategic move allows you to focus your energy on building the fundamental cornerstone of the business upon which all other income is built: creator representation.

Our offer includes the following core services:

  • Handle all company design requests

  • Manage brand consistency across company website and social platforms, specifically Instagram and LinkedIn.

  • Provide creative strategy for brand growth through potential event execution and high-level design.

  • Support outbound initiatives through bespoke, website-based pitch decks tailored to the brand, creator, and specific campaigns to help secure five- and six-figure deals for major clients.

  • Develop competent creative strategies for multi-partnership deals.

  • Support partnership initiatives through targeted outbound emailing.

  • Act as the in-house design studio for creators needing merchandise, logo, or other design needs.

Proposed Fee Structure

Starting Agreement

I will serve as your dedicated Creative Director to elevate the brand, build custom media kits, and design premium campaign concepts that win larger deals. I propose a low-risk model where my compensation is tied directly to generated revenue. I will take a 10% flat fee on all closed deals. This fee is capped at $2,000 per month and paid on the same timeline as the creators. The goal is to average $500 per week to cover full-time retainer services on top of general administrative work.

Financial Investment Breakdown

To clarify the financial investment, my compensation is strictly 10% of the total booked deals with a maximum cap of $2,000 per month. For example, $10,000 in booked deals nets me $1,000, $15,000 in deals nets me $1,500, and $20,000 or more in booked deals nets me the maximum cap of $2,000 for that month.

Future Pay Expectations

Once my implementations push the agency's revenue past an agreed-upon milestone, this performance-based structure will transition into a formal base salary. An example of this milestone would be doubling the agency's baseline monthly revenue of $20,000 for two consecutive months.
